Cakes, Cakes and More Cakes!

What I've learned this week is:

• When you make a massive cake, be prepared to take several hours decorating it and mass amounts of frosting! The larger the cake the longer it takes to decorate!
• If you want an image on a cake it is much easier and less time consuming to print it on rice paper and simply place it on your cake
• Have dreams of owning your own bakery? Try working at one first. It is a lot of on your feet constantly, bake bake bake and a ton of dishes!!!
